TAG...HF new TANG-GRIP inserts designed for high feed parting and grooving operations
The new TAG-HF inserts are suitable for machining at extremely high feeds. They provide a significant increase in productivity when compared with other parting inserts existing in the market today.
The inserts are available in 3, 4 and 5mm width.

Features
  • Reinforced cutting edge and bigger corner radius designed for extremely high feeds
  • Can improve productivity by up to 300%
  • Can be used on all standard tools
  • Most recommended for use on 35 and 45 mm blades, integral shank tools, and reinforced blades

The recommendations in the table below are for the maximum workpiece diameters that can be machined by each tool type and insert width when applying high feed.
